How do I make a booking?

Search for properties, select the one you want, click "Book Now" and fill in your guest details. Payment can be made via WhatsApp, bank transfer, or online. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.
What payment methods are accepted?

Currently we accept payment via WhatsApp coordination, bank transfer, and cash. Online card payment is coming soon.
How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel, contact our team via the WhatsApp link in your booking confirmation. Cancellation policy varies by property — check the policy shown at the time of booking.
Do I need to register to book?

Simply enter your email address when booking — this automatically creates your account. No separate registration required.
How does eSIM work?
▾
Choose an eSIM plan, complete payment, and a QR code will be sent to your email. Scan the QR code with your phone camera to activate. Plans available for Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, and Europe.
How can I list my property on the platform?

Fill out the application form on the "List Your Property" page. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days. Registration is free.
What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are primarily shown in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN). Some international packages may be shown in USD. Multi-currency display is coming soon.
When will I receive booking confirmation?
